Synopsis

Blade Runner: Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford) prowls the steel-and-microchip jungle of 21st-century Los Angeles. Hes a blade runner stalking genetically made criminal replicants. His assignment: kill them. Their crime: wanting to be human. 2001 - A Space Odyssey: The monoliths have been watching us. They gave us the evolutionary kick in the pants we needed to survive at the Dawn of Time. In 1999, we discovered a second monolith on the moon.. Now, in the year 2001, the S.S. Discovery and its crew, Captains Dave Bowman and Frank Poole, and their onboard computer, HAL-9000, must discover what alien force is watching us... The Island: Lincoln Six-Echo (Ewan McGregor) is a resident of a seemingly utopian but contained facility in the mid-21st century. Like all of the inhabitants of this carefully controlled environment, Lincoln hopes to be chosen to go to The Island reportedly the last uncontaminated spot on the planet until he makes a terrible discovery that everything about his existence is a lie and that he is actually more valuable dead than alive. He and all the other inhabitants of the facility are actually human clones whose only purpose is to provide spare parts for their original human counterparts. Together with a beautiful resident named Jordan Two-Delta (Scarlett Johansson), Lincoln makes a daring escape to the outside world he has never known. Now, with the forces of the institute that once housed them relentlessly hunting them down, led by head of security, Laurent (Djimon Hounsou), Lincoln and Jordan engage in a desperate race for their lives.
