Synopsis

Clint Eastwood is Thunderbolt, a bank robber in disguise, running from a gang convinced he double crossed them in a heist years before. Jeff Bridges (in an Oscar nominated performance) is Lightfoot, a fast talking drifter helping him to plan a criminal caper to clear his name. Written and directed by Michael Cimino (The Deer Hunter, Heaven's Gate), the hugely entertaining Thunderbolt And Lightfoot features outstanding supporting performances by George Kennedy, Gary Busey and Geoffrey Lewis.
